Ella Hogan

Qualifications:

Ella has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Distinction) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She also studied European Constitutional and Security Law at Uppsala University in Sweden in 2024.

Professional Background:

Ella’s hands-on legal experience began with an RMB Lawyers internship in 2024 while completing her university studies, leading to a legal assistant role within the firm’s Business Transactions and Disputes Team.

Ella's early work spanned construction disputes, general litigation, Succession Act claims, strata by-laws, property trusts, and commercial transactions. This diverse groundwork gave her vital insights into the entire lifecycle of legal matters, from initial contract drafting through to active dispute resolution.

Personal Details and Interests:

Ella grew up on the NSW-Victorian border and relocated to Wollongong for her studies in 2020. Since then she has grown to love the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region. She enjoys hosting themed dinner parties, live music and watching the sun rise over the Illawarra coastline.
