With a specialised focus on this area of law throughout her career, Melissa has vast experience across Litigation & Dispute Resolution, from Public Liability, Product Liability, Medical Negligence, Motor Vehicle Accident, Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, Assault and other Torts, to Total Permanent Disablement, Income Protection and other General Insurance claims. She has worked on many complex and large cases & has represented across various jurisdictions including the District & Supreme Courts of NSW, Workers Compensation Commission & the State Insurance Regulatory Authority. Melissa is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes and she strives to achieve resolutions as quickly as possible, because she understands the impact litigation can have on those involved.
In the past, Melissa has worked in Sydney, acting for major insurers with a focus on commercial insurance dispute resolution. She has experience in Workplace Disputes, acting for both Employers & Employees, and Wills & Estates.

Melissa has lived in the Illawarra her whole life. Outside of the office, she enjoys building and renovating homes, catching up for coffee with friends, going to the beach, retail therapy and above all spending time with her family.
