Qualifications:

Ashleigh graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and Journalism (Distinction) in 2020. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2020 and was admitted as a lawyer in February 2021.

Professional Background:

Ashleigh is a member of RMB’s Family and Relationships Law team, while also working in Litigation in Criminal Law and Employment Law matters, as well and Estate Planning as it relates to Family Law.

Ashleigh enjoys the more personable areas of legal practice in Family Law work, which gives her the opportunity to assist her clients navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives.

She is passionate about minimising conflict and adopting a commonsense and strategic approach to each matter.

She appreciates the physical, psychological and financial repercussions that can come with relationship breakdowns and aims to make her clients feel comforted and confident that they will achieve a positive outcome at reasonable cost, preferably through mediation but if not through contested litigation.

Personal Details and Interests:

Ashleigh has lived in the Illawarra all her life. She enjoys going to the gym, keeping active and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys travelling, and has visited Europe, Africa, and North, Central and South America.
