Sarah is an accomplished Estate Planning lawyer dedicated to making her clients’ legal experience as smooth, practical and stress-free as possible. Based at RMB Lawyers’ Kiama office, Sarah works closely with the firm’s Wills & Estates team to provide comprehensive advice across all areas of inheritance planning, including succession planning, estate administration, simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship and disputed estates. Known for her approachable style and clear communication, Sarah guides clients through often complex and emotional matters with confidence and care.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience to RMB Lawyers, having worked alongside her father, Matt Russoniello, at their family firm, Russoniello Lawyers, for over 15 years prior to joining RMB in March 2026. Their decision to join RMB reflected a shared vision to provide clients with the benefits of a larger, full-service regional firm while maintaining the personalised service they are known for. In recent years, Sarah has focused her practice on wills, probate and disputed estates, and has represented clients in a range of courts and tribunals across New South Wales, including the Local, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
