  • Murabaha

    Asset financing where an Islamic Finance Institution purchases an asset and then sells it to its client at a higher price with deferred payment terms (commonly used for purchasing residential properties in Australia).

  • Mudarabah

    A form of limited partnership where one partner gives money to another for investing it in a commercial enterprise.

  • Musharakah

    A form of partnership requiring both partners to contribute capital to the partnership.

  • Ijara

    Similar to a hire-purchase, where an Islamic Finance Institution purchases an asset and allows the customer to use it for an agreed period and for an agreed rent.

We are also able to assist local individuals/businesses in finalising documents for financing from overseas institutions that provide Islamic forms of Finance. We have assisted clients in finalising their finance documents to ensure they are drafted and executed in a Shari’ah compliant manner.
