Grant Gleeson and Peter Moggach head our Town Planning/Land and Environment and Building Law Division.
Both were among the first Accredited Specialists in Local Government and Planning Law when the NSW Law Society introduced the accreditation in 1998, and are highly experienced at advising both local government authorities and applicants for development, and conducting cases in the Land and Environment Court.
They head a team that includes Naomi Zrno and Tanya Emmett, and provide a full range of legal services and expertise in the fields of development, planning and building.
