The Real Estate & Property Law Division involves about approximately 15 lawyers, licensed conveyancers and para legals across our six offices.

Our team is highly skilled and motivated with excellent legal technical knowledge. Just as importantly out team members have a great sense of commerciality and business nouse so that the challenges that come to us from the simplest residential conveyancing matters to the most complex property development matter are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The Real Estate & Property Law Division provides the following services:

• Domestic Conveyancing

  Buying and selling of land, houses, town houses, units, free standing, off plan, mortgages, reverse mortgages and a number of related products to mortgages that suit the modern purchaser, we deal with all forms of title, Torrens, strata, company, old system. We engage in title conversions, drawing and checking of retirement villages contracts and assist you with your wills and related documents.

• Property Development

  Property development is a key area of practice for our firm and this division. We are expert in putting together joint ventures, getting involved in a developments, planning from the start to ensure your development goes smoothly, dealing with easements, subdivisions and rezoning.

  Our clients regularly engage us to be involved in project management, construction, lobbying Government and getting the job done.

  We are also involved in retail development and have strong skills in structuring and dealing with questions of tax. We also have skills in mixed use resort development and rural conveyancing services.

• Rural Conveyancing

  We have a high level of skill with farm sales and generational handover.
