We are able to assist parties wishing to resolve their disputes in accordance with Shari’ah. This is primarily facilitated through informal discussions between the parties allowing for religious scholars to provide advice as to any applicable Shari’ah principles which are relevant to the dispute.

Hayley Kelloway of our Islamic Law division is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (mediator) and also a Collaborative Lawyer, who will be able to assist parties in dispute resolution, with knowledge of Shari'ah, Australian law and Dispute Resolution principles.
